Chaucer Cellars is a store dedicated to the advancement of Australian small producers. This does not eliminate the ranging of fine imported products as well in its inventory. Embracing a more European attitude than your average liquor store, Chaucer’s is an enterprise that mimics the Italian Enoteca, a place where one can while away the hours in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere where you can discuss, taste and learn about wine.

Incorporating a retail wine store, delicatessen, café, educational centre, live entertainment and function venue, Chaucer Cellars is unique in the Australian wine industry.

This store has been a going concern under the same proprietorship since 1988.
